What We Offer
Gray Matter Labs builds AI-powered software for professionals. Our current product is STARlog, a tool for documenting work achievements using the STAR method.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use it for any purpose other than your own professional use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Submit content that is false, misleading, or infringes on others' rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code

Your Content
You own the content you create using our products. We don't claim ownership over your work achievements, notes, or any other content you input. We store your content to provide the service and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-Generated Content
Our products use artificial intelligence to help you structure and improve your content. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will notify you of planned downtime when possible.
Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
